Car into a building.

AMHERST — The driver of a sport utility vehicle was transported to a local hospital after apparently driving his vehicle into the front of a building on Kresge Drive.
The driver, described as an elderly male, hopped the curb and ran into a support beam and the front wall of Exclusively Yours Ladies Consignment Shop, leaving the front wall unstable. The owner of the business and a customer were in the building but uninjured.
Amherst police and fire, and LifeCare responded.
